Obscene Photoshoot Case: Goa Police has filed a chargesheet against Poonam Pandey and Sam Bombay for making objectionable photoshoots

Actress Poonam Pandey is once again embroiled in controversies. Goa Police has filed a charge sheet against Poonam Pandey on Tuesday. The name of Poonam Pandey’s ex-husband Sam Bombay is also included in this chargesheet. A complaint was filed by the Goa Police against Poonam Pandey and Sam Bombay for conducting an objectionable photoshoot in the year 2020. Police have filed a charge sheet against Poonam and Sam before Cancona Judicial Magistrate First Class. It has been said in this chargesheet that Poonam Pandey was involved in a nude photoshoot at Chapoli Dam in Goa.

Cancona police station inspector Praveen Gavas told PTI on Tuesday that the charge sheet was filed last week before Cancona Judicial Magistrate First Class under various sections related to obscenity, unauthorized entry and transmission of obscene videos. A case was registered against Poonam Pandey and Sam Bombay in November 2020 for allegedly shooting obscene videos on the Government Chapoli Dam in Canacona area and circulating it on social media, the official said.

They were arrested by the police after a complaint was registered against both of them and were later released on bail. Praveen Gavas told that the police recorded the statements of 39 witnesses in this case, which will be interrogated by the court during the hearing of the case.
